As the governing body for Basketball in Wales, our membership aims to bring together all those with a passion for the game. Via this page you can affiliate as a new club or join as an individual member to Play, Coach, Officiate (or a combination of all)
Our work ranges from running regional and national leagues and competitions, supporting our affiliated clubs across the country, running national teams and increasing opportunities to play.
Benefits to being a member include access to licences to play, coach or officiate and associated insurance coverage, priority and discounted access to coaching and officiating courses, discounts and benefits on basketball equipment with our partners, training gear and clothing via our apparel sponsors, priority booking and discounts on event tickets and much more.

By joining Basketball Wales/renewing your membership, you will help support basketball in Wales and allow us to continue to do our important work of growing the game. Our ambition is for basketball to become widely recognised as the most socially inclusive and diverse sport in Wales. Our membership system allows us to communicate more efficiently with our members and gather better data on our basketball community. You will also be entitled to a range of membership benefits!
