Basketball Wales Announces Exclusive Opportunity for Professional Development in the USA for Four Welsh Club Coaches

Basketball Wales is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for our Welsh coaches to enhance their skills and knowledge through a unique partnership with Combine Academy in North Carolina, USA. This two-week program, scheduled during July 25, will immerse participants in elite basketball training and competitions, with all expenses paid including flights, accommodation, food, travel and training (excluding spending money)
In addition to the hands-on coaching experience, participants will have the unique chance to visit the iconic basketball arena of Duke University plus the museum at University of North Carolina (UNC). These colleges are renowned for their rich basketball traditions and will provide an inspiring backdrop for coaches to learn about the history and culture of the game at the collegiate level.
This initiative is designed to empower our coaches by providing them with first-hand experience and insights from some of the best in the business. Participants will have the chance to learn directly from Combine Academy’s elite coaching staff and gain invaluable exposure at prestigious AAU events. This opportunity is aimed at elevating coaching standards across Wales and ultimately improving the development of players across Wales.
