Basketball Wales and Net World Sports forge key partnership, announcing FORZA as official ball supplier
Basketball Wales is pleased to announce its strategic collaboration with Wales-based eCommerce company, Net World Sports, naming them the Official Ball Supplier for the NGB. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to innovation and quality in Welsh basketball.
The partnership represents a significant milestone in the rapid growth of Welsh basketball and positions Basketball Wales as the first UK organisation to break away from tradition by introducing Net World Sports’ newly developed FORZA basketballs.
The cornerstone of this partnership is the meticulously designed, tested, and developed FORZA basketball. Working collaboratively with Basketball Wales national team players, coaches and staff, the development process for the FORZA Pro Indoor Game Ball involved multiple iterations and thorough testing. The invaluable expertise of the Basketball Wales community has played a crucial role in this journey, with feedback on each ball’s strengths and weaknesses being thoroughly analysed. Through a series of adjustments, the teams were able to fine-tune the design, materials, and performance of the ball, resulting in a top-quality basketball that is set to elevate the game and player experience across Wales, and beyond. The new range is due to be available on their website for general sale early next year, which will include the recently developed FORZA Pro Indoor Game Ball. The aim is to elevate the sport at all levels, promoting growth and enhance the playing experience across all levels of the sport. The partnership also includes further Basketball Wales NGB, member and club benefits, including discounts, collaboration in major future events and access to future basketball innovative products.
