Congratulations to Our U15 Home Nations Representatives
Everyone at Basketball Wales would like to congratulate all players selected to represent Wales at the U15 Home Nations Tournament, taking place in Manchester from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th July.
This is a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for every player, coach, club and family involved. Wearing the Welsh jersey is a special honour, and each selected athlete has earned this opportunity through hard work, dedication and commitment.
The tournament will see Wales take on Scotland and the England Regiona teams, providing an excellent opportunity for our young athletes to compete against some of the best young talent from across Great Britain.
Wales Fixtures
🏀 Boys U15
Friday 10th July
- 1:30pm – Wales (Central) vs London (Court 1)
- 6:30pm – Wales vs Scotland (Court 1)
Saturday 11th July
- 9:00am – Wales vs London (Court 2)
Should the boys progress from the group stage:
- 11:30am – Semi-Final
- 2:30pm – Final (if qualified)
🏀 Girls U15
Friday 10th July
- 6:30pm – Wales vs Scotland (Court 2)
Saturday 11th July
- 5:30pm – Wales vs London (Court 4)
Sunday 12th July
- 9:00am – Wales vs South (Court 1)
Should the girls progress from the group stage:
- 10:45am – Semi-Final
- 2:45pm – Final (if qualified)
The Home Nations Tournament provides an excellent opportunity for our young players to test themselves against quality opposition, gain valuable international experience and continue their development within the Basketball Wales performance pathway.
